I AM SO HUNGRY RIGHT NOW
Fresh Summer Salad
4 cucumbers, peeled or not, up to you--seeded and cut into chunks
4 tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3-4 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
